Major Paul Webber began his career with the Rome Police Department in June of 1976. He has served in the department's Patrol Division, Metro Task Force, DUI Task Force, Training Division, and Office of Professional Standards. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and Leadership Rome.
